Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Post talent agency bills utilizing 2-Part bill matching
• Record expenses in database
• Ensure receipt compliance with Client and IRS guidelines
• Match posted bills with each job/project in database
• Create talent bills in the LÜK Platform
• Request agency commission bills for jobs/projects with expenses
• Reply to inbound payment inquiries via Front

1099 Payroll Support

• Reply to inbound emails via Front
• Talent and freelancer account sign-up reminders via Front
